Julie Mae Pigott - Out on a Limb.
Drawing from the diversity and richness of life, the evening will feature songs and stories of relationships, social causes and spirit.

Running time: TBA with one intermission
Recommended for ages 13 and above.

Julie and friends will let their hair down in the second set, presenting a local rendition of the Alaskan musical group Women With Hair, supporting pro-choice in all things hairy! Featured songs will include "Molehair Blues," "Body Hair" and "You’ve Got The Nubs."



The Artists.

Julie Mae Pigott (Vocals/Guitar) is an adult and children’s singer, songwriter and entertainer. Julie Mae has been playing music with people of all ages for over 30 years.She has enjoyed performing
on stage at many Alaskan and Western Washington venues. Julie is co-founding mother of the former Alaskan group Woman With Hair, which had the distinct honor of opening for the Four Bitchin’ Babes (including Christine Lavin and Cheryl Wheeler) at the Haines Fair in 1992. She is also a founding member of the Alaskan folk group Outlaw Women, offering 4 part personality with a little harmony thrown in. Julie is proud to have had the unique opportunity to be a singing Hairball, in the one time performance of Miss Kitty and the Hairballs; and had the recent honor of performing with the Beverly Graham band at Benaroya Hall to support Operation Sack Lunch.
